Our check-in times are from 14:00 to 19:00. If you are able to arrive later, please let us know by telephone.
Depending on the season, we always offer specialities and regional delicacies in our restaurant. We serve dinner from 17:30 - 20:30.

Our hotel has a lift, so you can easily reach all our floors. Sports enthusiasts can of course still take the stairs.
The room must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Should this not be the case, we will have to charge you for an additional night.
For breakfast we offer you a rich buffet with products from the region, as well as soft-boiled organic eggs and much more.
Breakfast time is from 7.30 am to 10 am. Breakfast is always included in the price of our rooms.
If you have booked a flat, you can also book breakfast, which is not included in the price.
If you invite someone to breakfast who is not a guest at our hotel, we will charge € 20.00 per person for this.
Would you like to go on an excursion on the last day or jump into the lake again?
No problem, we have a lockable storage room where you can keep your luggage until your departure.
The menu consists of 3 courses which the guest can choose from our menu. The menu costs €32 and can be booked directly in the restaurant.
We are basically a very animal-friendly business, even if we are not specifically geared towards this, such as a dog hotel.
We do not offer food, but fresh water and a bowl are always available free of charge.
A free wireless internet connection is available throughout our hotel.
In our region, the fibre optic network has been expanded in recent years and our hotel has been connected to it.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Each room has a balcony with an ashtray.
Our car parks are right next to and within walking distance of the hotel. You can park your car here free of charge for the entire duration of your stay.
In the Attersee holiday region, we enjoy the privilege of being able to drink our tap water without restriction.
If you suffer from intolerances or allergies, please let us know in good time or in advance.
In the restaurant, our staff will be happy to provide you with information about the products and ingredients used.
If you have not prepaid by online booking, we offer you the following payment options at reception:
- Cash payment
- Maestro card/bank cash register.
